Easiest Way to Lose Weight – Lose Inches Quickly

lose-weightHere’s the easiest way to lose weight… specifically, lose inches quickly from your belly, thighs, and butt. It’s the “4 PILLARS” method… and I’m not talking about meals. Follow this and you’ll lose pounds and inches effortlessly.
Easiest Way to Lose Weight
Pillar #1 : Diet
I have 2 simple tips for you in regards to your diet. Eat 1 can of black beans and 3 apples a day. That’s it.
I’m not asking you to change your diet and cut out your favorite foods. I just want you to add these in. Simple enough. Why do this? Because apples and black beans are both high in fiber. They will fill you up and FORCE YOU to cut back on other foods you’re eating.
So you can still eat your favorite foods, but you’ll be eating less of them. Don’t worry… this doesn’t require any effort or willpower. You’ll naturally have to eat less of them because these high fiber foods will make it so you’re less hungry.
Pillar #2 : Exercise
Diet (calories) and exercise are the 2 things people focus on when losing weight. And they should. They’re usually the 2 big ones for most people.
For exercise, I have 1 tip for you. Get either a mini-trampoline or a jump rope and use them for 1-2 minutes at a time during commercials. So watch all the tv you want. Just be sure to get in these “mini-workouts” during most, if not all of the commercials.
Pillar #3 : Sleep
Lack of sleep is a big reason why people who exercise and eat right still don’t lose weight.
You need a normal or above normal amount of sleep to best lose weight. Studies have proven this. There are many theories on why this is… and they seem to contradict the other studies. But one thing they’re in agreement on… get more sleep if you’re trying to lose weight but can’t.
Pillar #4 : Stress Management
Stress is another hidden factor to the weight loss problem. If you have high stress levels, you’ll produce more cortisol (the stress hormone) and will hurt your weight loss efforts. So if you’re eating right and exercising plenty… but still not losing weight, this may be the problem.
I can’t fix your stress levels, but I can help you to minimize the damage they’re doing.
For that, I suggest you do deep breathing. A good 5 minutes of deep breathing will help to relax your mind and body while increasing your oxygen intake. A quick bonus tip… fish oil pills also have a positive affect on your stress levels. So take them as well.
So there you go, those are 4 of the 6 pillars of weight loss. Follow the advice and this will be the easiest way to lose weight for you.
